Monthly salary range: (6000-10000 yuan)

Job responsibilities and requirements:

Document processing:

(1) Connect with customers and business managers and make relevant contracts and documents.

(2) Quickly and accurately prepare the documents involved in the operation process, including but not limited to the relevant documents of import and export customs declaration and bank negotiation and delivery documents; It is required to meet the requirements of foreign trade documents, so as to ensure the consistency of documents and documents.

(3) Confirm the related accounts receivable and payable of the operating customers to ensure that the revenue and expenditure are timely and accurate;

(4) Familiar with office software, accurate and complete operation of the company's system;

(5) Assist finance to complete relevant tax refund work;

(6) Timely feed back emergencies in the operation process or problems that cannot be solved by itself to the Department Manager;

Customer service:

(1) Contact the customer to confirm the required documents, and handle the documents with the customer accurately, quickly and professionally;

(2) Quickly feed back necessary information to customers, track the whole process, and strive for maximum customer satisfaction;

(3) Deliver important documents (bill of lading, packing list, invoice, quality inspection list, insurance policy, certificate of origin, etc.) to customers in a safe and timely manner and require them to sign for receipt;

(4) Be responsible for filing the company's customer files to ensure the company's core secrets;

Freight forwarder contact and customs declaration procedures:

(1) Contact and coordinate the relationship between the company and freight forwarders, shipping companies, trailer companies, stations, customs brokers and other outsourcing units;

(2) Quickly and timely deliver relevant documents to relevant units;

(3) Reasonably and timely arrange each operation process involved to ensure that all operations are smooth and correct;

(4) Check and arrange the payment of relevant expenses.

Job requirements:

Education background: full time bachelor degree or above. Major in international trade and logistics management.

Working experience: more than two years working experience in foreign trade documentary / document.

Have strong measurement and statistical analysis ability, and skillfully use relevant financial analysis tools to analyze and evaluate transaction strategies;

Knowledge / skills:

(1) Familiar with documentary operation knowledge, proficient in follow-up processes such as documents, shipment and customs declaration;

(2) Familiar with the working procedures and specific requirements of commodity inspection, taxation and insurance;

(3) Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

(4) Familiar with common office software.

Quality requirements: (1) adaptability: in the face of all kinds of emergencies at any time, be able to be flexible, strive to control the impact of events and make them change to a good direction;

(2) Communication skills: be able to communicate effectively, establish effective relationships with colleagues, customers and freight forwarding companies, and successfully complete the document work;

(3) Prudence: when dealing with documents, keep a cautious and serious mind to ensure that all acts of the company have laws to follow.
